Employer Engagement Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and oversee relationships with local employers to create job opportunities.

• Actively seek out leads through networking and market engagement.

• Collaborate with Job Coaches to equip candidates for the job market and align their skills with employer requirements.

• Provide post-placement support to employers to ensure successful long-term employment outcomes.

• Work in conjunction with internal teams to assist clients at risk and enhance retention rates.

• Achieve KPIs and performance goals in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of application.

• Experience in relationship management and/or client advocacy.

• Capability to excel in a target-oriented environment with a drive to surpass KPIs.

• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation abilities.

• Confidence in building relationships and engaging with employers across various industries.

• Strong administrative and organizational capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
