This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa, +4 more countries.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries through the ticketing system, particularly concerning onboarding and HR support throughout the EMEA region.
• Refer medium- and high-complexity issues to the relevant internal teams (EX, Payroll, Legal) when necessary.
• Maintain effective, professional communication with employees to guarantee a seamless experience.
• Facilitate onboarding workflows for new hires across EMEA, ensuring compliance and collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
• Assist with coordination related to mobility, including relocations, managing documents, and handling employment documentation.
• Ensure that onboarding documentation and procedures align with EMEA-specific requirements.
• Oversee open tickets, ensuring prompt responses and appropriate prioritization.
• Keep records current across ticketing systems and HRIS.
• Aid in organizing internal documentation and training resources under the direction of the EX Manager.
• Support operational tasks and process execution to maintain efficient daily workflows.
• Identify patterns in employee inquiries and contribute suggestions for enhancing processes and documentation.
• Assist the Employee Experience team with projects and initiatives as necessary.
• Work closely with the Employee Experience team on routine tasks and projects.
• Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Receive continuous mentorship and training to expand your responsibilities and scope.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR support, onboarding coordination, employee lifecycle management, or mobility operations, ideally with familiarity in EMEA markets.
• Strong understanding of employment operations and onboarding processes in regions such as Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Knowledge of onboarding procedures and employment documentation within international contexts.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; a keen attention to detail is essential.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Proficient in utilizing HRIS and collaboration tools (e.g., ticketing systems).
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
