This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Identify and cultivate sales opportunities with both new and existing accounts.
• Drive additional sales through design victories and relationship development.
• Oversee, manage, and nurture local Manufacturer Representatives across the EMEA region to foster long-term profitable growth through new opportunities, markets, and design wins.
• Conduct regular customer visits and connect Apex factory resources with customer design engineers to support sales initiatives.
• Relay market opportunities to product development and marketing teams for the introduction of new products and services.
• Prepare status updates, including forecasting, visit activities, pipeline status, follow-ups, and goal adherence.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with manufacturer representatives.
• Hold quarterly business reviews with Apex management to present territory performance, objectives, and results.
• Undertake other sales-related tasks as requested or necessary.
• Energetic, motivated, and passionate sales professional.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels, both internally and externally.
• 2+ years of current or recent experience in Regional Sales Management within the Industrial Systems, Medical Equipment, and/or Military Electronics sectors.
• Proven success in collaborating with outside sales channels.
• Experience in selling complex electronic hardware across various channels and vertical markets.
• Familiarity with leveraging CRM systems and utilizing sales platform tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel – approximately 50% expected.
• Preferred experience in the Analog/Power Management electronics market.
• Experience in OEM (as opposed to Distribution) sales.
• High ASP product sales experience, typically exceeding $50.00 USD per unit.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in German, French, or Italian.
• Remote contractor position.
