Email Marketing Specialist – Lifestyle Brands

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design and implement email marketing campaigns utilizing Klaviyo, encompassing flows, campaigns, segmentation, and A/B testing.

• Utilize AI tools to create copy variations, assess performance trends, and brainstorm campaign strategies.

• Enhance click-through rates, conversions, retention, revenue per email/message, clicks, and engagement through data-driven insights.

• Modify tone, design direction, and content to connect with brand consumers effectively.

• Work collaboratively with creative strategists, designers, media, and creative teams to deliver high-quality, impactful campaigns.

• Construct flows that drive conversions and campaigns that encourage repeat purchases without exhausting the subscriber list.

• Apply AI-driven insights and creative testing to expand successful campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional native-level English writing and editing abilities.

• Extensive familiarity with U.S. fashion, beauty, and outdoor lifestyle brands.

• Proven experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, personalization).

• Experience with Shopify (basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email is a plus).

• A portfolio showcasing previous work for fashion, lifestyle, or beauty brands.

• An analytical mindset: capable of tracking KPIs and iterating on performance metrics.

• Accountability and responsibility – you take ownership of your tasks and are dedicated to completing them on time.

• Availability for part-time work during European hours. Core hours should be maintained Monday-Friday from 2 PM to 6 PM CET, with some flexibility.

• Professional references will be required following a successful interview to proceed further.
