Email Design Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop visual layouts, header graphics, and modular templates for marketing campaigns and newsletters.

• Analyze creative briefs and client style guidelines to deliver designs that are consistent with the brand.

• Concentrate solely on visual design tasks, excluding campaign scheduling, ESP execution, or coding responsibilities.

• Create, slice, and export production-ready design files for the development team.

• Maintain organization of design files, component libraries, and master templates in Figma.

• Integrate feedback from creative directors to refine concepts in a timely manner.

• Utilize Figma features and contemporary design processes to enhance production efficiency.

• Adapt aesthetics across various client sectors, including women-owned consumer brands, fashion, beauty, and med spas.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing modern, conversion-oriented email and newsletter designs.

• A strong understanding of graphic design principles, including visual hierarchy, typography, mobile layout balance, and effective placement of call-to-action elements.

• High level of proficiency in Figma for layout development and asset export. Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Canva is advantageous.

• Capability to transform visual references and brand guidelines into polished, ready-to-implement concepts.

• Experience supporting e-commerce brands, fashion retailers, beauty companies, or med spa services is preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset when working with strategists and developers.
