ELO ECM Consultant, All Genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create processes and develop tailored solutions in close partnership with our clients.

• Provide guidance to clients and assist them in utilizing their ELO ECM system effectively.

• Conduct training sessions and onboarding for users.

• Install and set up ELO along with its add-ons.

• Plan and coordinate projects to ensure successful delivery of client initiatives.

• Travel to client locations to offer on-site support and optimal solutions.

• Multiple years of experience with ELO ECM.

• Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to clarify complex subjects to diverse audiences.

• Organized, self-sufficient, and solution-focused work style.

• Passion for new subjects and technologies, with a quick adaptability to new areas.

• Customer-oriented, collaborative, and maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Strong eagerness to learn and a proactive mindset.

• Proficient in German and have basic English skills.
