Electrical Site Manager – Service and Installation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of service and installation projects at client locations.

• Oversee and coordinate the installation, conversion, and expansion of transformer stations and high-current systems.

• Organize site operations while managing employees and contractors.

• Arrange and coordinate the necessary materials and tools.

• Liaise with project management, clients, contractors, and grid operators.

• Execute or manage commissioning and switching operations in accordance with qualifications and authorizations.

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on-site.

• Assist the installation team with technically complex tasks and troubleshooting.

• Manage and coordinate emergency call-outs as part of the on-call service.

• Maintain and service the company's rental transformer stations.

• Record site progress and assist with inspections, acceptance procedures, and handovers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical training in electrical engineering.

• Several years of practical experience in installation, service, or power supply.

• Additional training as a master electrician or state-certified technician is beneficial, though not mandatory.

• Familiarity with transformer stations and low- and medium-voltage systems.

• Experience in collaborating with clients and contractors.

• Capability to provide technical direction to coworkers and coordinate tasks.

• Independent, organized, and solution-focused work approach.

• Strong sense of accountability with a profound emphasis on quality and safety.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Class B driving license; a BE license is advantageous.
