Electrical Factory Inspector – Remote/Travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Assist in achieving departmental objectives and aligning with company goals

• Perform surveillance inspections of factories to ensure that products comply with the conditions of granted certifications

• Coordinate with factories to regain certification compliance when unauthorized variances are identified

• Engage professionally with customers in accordance with established customer service standards

• Adhere to manager directives and fulfill additional assigned responsibilities

• Execute tasks accurately, honestly, promptly, and in a professional manner

• Travel extensively to factories and work remotely as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field

• Familiarity with electronics

• Certification in Electronics is preferred but not mandatory

• Willingness to travel 90%–100% of the time

• Capability to rent a vehicle

• Openness to work overtime and remotely

• Must not be listed on any no-fly list

• Clean driving record

• Possession of a passport or ability to obtain one

• Must be a U.S. resident

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restrictions or sponsorship

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Capacity to accept guidance from others

• Skill in managing difficult individuals and challenging situations

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment with a diverse group
