Electrical Factory Inspector – Remote/Travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist in achieving departmental objectives and overall company goals.

• Perform surveillance inspections of manufacturing facilities to ensure products comply with the terms of their certification.

• Follow up with factories to rectify certification issues when a non-compliance is identified.

• Engage with customers in a professional manner, adhering to established customer service standards.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime required as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A two-year or four-year college degree related to STEM fields.

• Familiarity with electronics.

• Certification in Electronics is preferred but not mandatory.

• Must be willing to travel extensively; this role requires 90% - 100% travel.

• Capability to rent a vehicle.

• Availability for overtime work and remote tasks.

• Must not be listed on any no-fly lists.

• Clean driving record is essential.

• Must possess a passport or be eligible to obtain one.

• Must be a U.S. resident.

• Authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without restrictions or sponsorship.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Open to receiving guidance and feedback from others.

• Competence in managing challenging interpersonal situations and resolving issues.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
