Electrical Factory Inspector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Assist in achieving departmental objectives and overarching company goals.

• Conduct thorough surveillance inspections of manufacturing facilities to ensure products adhere to the conditions of their granted certification.

• Follow up with factories to re-establish compliance if any non-approved variances are detected.

• Maintain professional communication with customers in alignment with established customer service standards.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Uphold a professional, punctual, accurate, honest, and ethical working demeanor.

• Work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional hours as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a two-year or four-year college degree in a STEM-related field.

• Understanding of electronics.

• Certification in Electronics is preferred but not mandatory.

• Willingness to travel extensively, with 90% to 100% travel required.

• Capability to rent a vehicle.

• Availability to work overtime and remotely as needed.

• Must not be listed on any no-fly list.

• Clean driving record is essential.

• Must have a passport or the ability to obtain one.

• Must be a US resident.

• Authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without any restrictions or sponsorship.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial.

• Open to receiving and accepting guidance from others.

• Skilled in handling difficult individuals and resolving problems.

• Capable of thriving in a team environment.
