Electrical Engineering Lecturer (m/f/d)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Actively participate in the continuous development of the Vrielmann Academy.

• Organize, prepare, and present seminars focused on electrical engineering.

• Educate diverse target audiences on both theoretical and practical technical subjects.

• Facilitate hands-on exercises utilizing electrical systems and training equipment.

• Develop and enhance seminar materials, presentations, and practical exercises on an ongoing basis.

• Create innovative training and qualification concepts.

• Tailor seminar content to suit various companies and participant demographics.

• Guarantee that training materials are consistently aligned with current technical standards.

• Integrate contemporary standards, regulations, and technological advancements into training.

• Provide training both at the academy and onsite at customer locations.

• Collaborate with businesses, educational partners, and internal specialized departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.

• Preferably, further qualifications as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician, or a degree in electrical engineering.

• Multiple years of hands-on professional experience in electrical engineering.

• Genuine interest in engaging with pertinent standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

• Passion for conveying knowledge and technical concepts in an understandable manner.

• Confident demeanor when interacting with various participant groups.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Independent, organized, and responsible work ethic.

• Proficiency in standard MS Office software applications.

• Experience as an instructor, trainer, or lecturer is a plus but not mandatory.
