Electrical Engineer, AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more locations.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the performance of frontier AI models in realistic clinical settings.

• Assess clinical outputs, including evaluations, plans, medication reconciliations, interaction checks, triage decisions, discharge summaries, patient education, and clinical protocols.

• Compile authentic professional files and scenarios based on your clinical experience.

• Develop tasks that competent professionals would accurately complete, while frontier models currently struggle with.

• Articulate the reasons behind incorrect model results instead of simply identifying inaccuracies.

• Validate document claims against foundational numbers, sources, or facts.

• Analyze feedback, determine its correctness, and integrate it into your work.

• Create grading rubrics and quickly become familiar with unfamiliar tasks.

• Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling across multiple days.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active or recent clinical license: RN, NP, PA, MD or DO, PharmD, or an allied health license with independent clinical judgment.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in your field is preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered if their practical work is substantial.

• Current or recent experience as a hands-on practitioner at an individual contributor level.

• Proficient in written and spoken English at a full professional or native level.

• Excellent written communication skills with the capability to convey complex professional reasoning clearly and succinctly.

• Comfort with ambiguity and a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to interpret and apply feedback independently.

• Quick adaptation to unfamiliar tasks based solely on written materials and instructions.

• General familiarity with AI and LLM tools, such as Claude or ChatGPT.

• Basic technical literacy, including proficiency with Google Workspace, browser profiles, desktop applications, Excel/Google Sheets conversion, and file compression.

• Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with no maximum limit on hours.

• Located in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.
