Electrical Division Manager – Bilingual Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the development, launch, and expansion of AIS's Electrical Workforce Solutions Division.

• Integrates business development, workforce strategy, recruiting leadership, customer relationship management, operational oversight, and financial accountability.

• Acts as the representative of AIS's electrical division, playing a vital role in enhancing revenue growth, workforce expansion, and customer satisfaction.

• Concentrates on workforce solutions, labor deployment, recruiting strategy, and client support—rather than electrical contracting operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in electrical construction, workforce solutions, staffing, or project leadership.

• Established connections with electrical contractors, project executives, superintendents, foremen, and electricians.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mission-critical and data center construction environments.

• Demonstrated success in revenue generation and customer account growth.

• Proficient in building teams, developing processes, and creating scalable operational systems.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to work independently while collaborating with executive leadership.
