Ejecutivo de Call Center – Sin experiencia requerida

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide Entel's benefits to clients from other operators.

• Encourage clients to transfer their lines to Entel.

• Conduct outbound telemarketing for portability.

• Work from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 45-minute break.

• Participate in paid training sessions.

• Conduct sales reinforcements during working hours 1 to 3 times a week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Must have a personal laptop or computer.

• Intel Core i3 processor or higher, starting from the 6th generation; Ryzen 3 or AMD8 and above.

• 8 GB RAM.

• Windows 10 or 11.

• Solid-state drive.

• Wired internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher.

• Experience in call center or face-to-face sales is preferred.

• Strong persuasion and sales skills.
