This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Support the Central EH&S team in monitoring the implementation of EH&S initiatives and projects throughout the organization.

• Conduct data entry and validation within the EH&S reporting system.

• Assist in evaluating the feasibility of renewable energy opportunities in Collins operations.

• Aid the Central EH&S team in tracking corrective actions pertaining to EH&S compliance and audits.

• Explore renewable energy opportunities.

• Oversee corrective actions related to EH&S compliance and audits.

• Acquire knowledge and contribute to sustainability initiatives and best practices across a diverse range of aerospace businesses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Environmental Studies, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.

• Must be actively enrolled until the completion of the internship/co-op session.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Experience in delivering presentations utilizing data visualization tools to convey production metrics or project updates to cross-functional teams or leadership.

• Relevant experience may be gained through on-the-job training, research, coursework, or projects.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory; only U.S. citizens are permitted to access information under this program/contract.

• Security clearance is not required.
