This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service and information to employers, funding agencies, and prospective students interested in entry-level driver training for commercial motor vehicles.

• Conduct outbound calls to individuals and local organizations that have expressed interest in campus programs.

• Engage with prospects by answering queries, leading campus tours, and conducting interviews.

• Facilitate the enrollment process and maintain communication with students, employers, and agencies throughout their educational journey.

• Interview potential graduates to provide career insights, address concerns, and propose solutions.

• Introduce students to the facility and its programs while following up on any questions or concerns.

• Oversee prospective students during the enrollment process from the initial inquiry to the drop/add period.

• Respond to inquiries and supply relevant information.

• Track and report the status of military and agency program applications.

• Complete and submit necessary forms and agreements.

• Follow up with newly enrolled students.

• Participate in military and agency activities, meetings, events, and community engagement initiatives.

• Build and maintain relationships with military agencies and the community.

• Generate reports summarizing meetings, events, enrollments, and other significant activities.

• Identify growth opportunities for the development of military, employer, and agency programs.


⛳️ Requirements

• An associate’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Proven ability to set and accomplish clear goals and responsibilities.

• Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

• Outstanding presentation skills for conveying ideas effectively to individuals and groups in both formal and informal contexts.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to lead and function in an observation/coaching style work environment.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Willingness to maintain a flexible work travel schedule.

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Capability to meet the stated physical demands, with reasonable accommodations as necessary.
