This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Edit vertical reels and stories (9:16) for Instagram and Facebook.

• Create ads for Meta and adapt content to formats 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, and 16:9.

• Edit podcast episodes in video format and extract short clips for social media.

• Incorporate dynamic cuts, large and synchronized subtitles, color correction, and audio cleanup.

• Retouch property photographs: adjust light and color, straighten verticals, enhance skies, balance window exposure, and remove minor distracting elements.

• Maintain a natural and realistic photographic finish without altering or concealing the actual condition of the property.

• Adhere to brand guidelines, templates, and agreed-upon deadlines.

• Include one round of revisions per delivery.

• Receive raw material, briefings, and brand guidelines to produce publish-ready pieces.

• Work through file transfer platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in video editing for social media and digital ads.

• Expertise in retouching real estate photography.

• Proficiency in video, photography, and audio editing tools.

• Ability to adapt content to various formats while maintaining brand visual consistency.

• Organizational skills and autonomy to manage deliveries within a 48-hour timeframe.

• Portfolio showcasing reels, ads, and examples of retouched real estate photography, including before and after images.

• Availability and typical delivery timeframe specified when applying.
