This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile, +3 more countries.
• Take ownership of the daily administration of the Shopify storefront, which includes product setup, product detail pages (PDPs), collections, landing pages, and site content.
• Set up and launch new products, bundles, subscriptions, and promotional offers.
• Oversee navigation, search functionality, product visibility, and onsite merchandising.
• Manage updates to the homepage, seasonal campaigns, and placements for featured products.
• Ensure that pricing, images, ingredients, reviews, and product content are accurate and up-to-date.
• Phase out discontinued products while managing redirects and conducting site cleanups.
• Perform quality assurance on every website update and launch prior to going live.
• Monitor site performance and address broken links, merchandising issues, and friction points.
• Collaborate with developers and agencies to implement fixes.
• Conduct regular site audits and assist with conversion rate optimization (CRO) testing initiatives.
• Coordinate website deliverables for product launches and campaigns from start to finish.
• Administer ecommerce workstreams in Asana, including templates, workflows, and documentation.
• Track deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule and assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
• Analyze key ecommerce metrics and provide insights for ongoing improvement.
• Work closely with the Senior Digital Commerce Manager and collaborate across the Category, Marketing, Creative, and Customer Experience teams.
• Proven hands-on experience with Shopify — this is essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to independently manage a storefront, including merchandising, quality assurance, and troubleshooting, without extensive guidance.
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project and workflow management tools.
• Strong collaborative skills with Marketing, Creative, Category, and Customer Experience teams.
• Availability to work core hours that align with Pacific Time (PST).
