This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Perform structured audits to assess shop performance.
• Analyze visitor behavior and shop metrics to pinpoint conversion opportunities and obstacles in the purchasing process.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and various other data sources.
• Evaluate qualitative insights from heatmaps, session recordings, customer service feedback, surveys, and social media commentary.
• Develop targeted strategies for conversion optimization.
• Summarize findings and recommendations for clients and account managers in a clear manner.
• Present and discuss analytical outcomes with project managers and clients.
• Create effective roadmaps for project execution.
• Plan, conduct, and analyze A/B testing initiatives.
• Propose follow-up tests and continuously optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain adherence to time budgets and established processes.
• Proactively communicate with all project stakeholders.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and expansion of the CRO area at tante-e.
• Introduce new ideas, innovative methods, and creative strategies.
• Opportunity to assume team lead responsibilities with appropriate development.
• Completed degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
• Proficient in German, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level).
• Advanced English proficiency, at least B2 level.
• Professional experience in e-commerce, preferably in data analysis, conversion rate optimization, or business intelligence.
• Alternatively, experience as an e-commerce manager or as a founder of your own brand.
• Background in an agency or team setting with established processes and reporting structures.
• Self-driven and proactive work ethic.
• Organized working style with the ability to prioritize efficiently across multiple projects.
• Capability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Experience with heatmap tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity.
• Skill in identifying patterns in data and creating actionable solutions.
• Understanding of user behavior and user experience (UX).
• Experience with Shopify is an advantage but not mandatory.
