This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more countries.
• Lead and develop client-centric proposals, budgets, and client grids for new business opportunities
• Follow the MRT department-specific proposal process
• Facilitate kick-off and resource meetings while coordinating the necessary personnel in proposal development
• Collaborate with sales, strategic proposal development, and operations during the proposal creation process
• Prepare proposal costs by working closely with operational departments
• Ensure timely submission of final proposals to clients
• Organize and engage in client negotiations and discussions
• Lead bid defenses for single services and provide support for multi-service bid defenses
• Clarify contract specifications in conjunction with relevant managers
• Seek operational input and review of proposals, budgets, and contracts
• Create and maintain filing and tracking systems
• Adhere to ICON administrative, training, and human resources policies
• Assist in departmental process enhancements and special projects
• Proficiency in the fields of eCOA and COA Licensing
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Technical expertise, with knowledge in software development and clinical technologies (EDC, eCOA, IWRS, etc.)
• Ability to adapt to change and handle competing priorities
• Team-oriented mindset
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located
