This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and execute strategic objectives, which include acquiring new business and overseeing ongoing programs.
• Collaborate with CTR's cross-functional teams in North America and Korea, along with internal and external clients, sales teams, and agent representatives, to develop and implement CTR's strategy and value proposition.
• Manage customer communications and address concerns within the global CTR team.
• Relay customer program requirements to engineering, design, and purchasing teams while assisting with pricing proposals.
• Negotiate and secure new business opportunities.
• Provide weekly sales and activity reports tailored for presentation to VP/CEO-level executives.
• Foster relationships with existing and new customers through trade shows, events, training webinars, and field sales initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with customer payment terms.
• Calculate sales budgets, forecasts, margins, commissions, and other financial metrics.
• Oversee high-volume and strategically significant programs.
• Manage partnerships with agency representatives.
• Address customer communication and negotiate critical supply chain/logistics issues.
• Monitor market and competitor activities to identify both opportunities and threats.
• Travel up to 75% throughout the Eastern United States and Canada, with 25% remote work.
• A minimum of 6+ years of account management experience in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry, OE, or at Tier 1 levels.
• Familiarity with suspension/chassis products is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-volume and strategic programs effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with a professional and positive demeanor.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• A self-motivated team player with strategic thinking and adaptability.
• Fiscal responsibility paired with effective time management skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited four-year institution.
• A valid passport and driver's license are required.
• Multilingual capabilities (Spanish/French) are preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) within the USA and Canada.
