EA, Research Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform in-depth research on elections, candidates, organizations, and campaigns.

• Oversee internal systems and processes for monitoring lead activities and election schedules.

• Keep comprehensive and current knowledge specific to the assigned territory.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure leads are accurately directed and followed up on.

• Engage in internal reporting and data entry tasks.

• Assist Research and Sales team members with special projects.

• Work alongside NGP VAN personnel to exceed client expectations.

• Fulfill administrative duties that support cross-functional initiatives.

• Deliver timely research, lead coordination, campaign context, insights, reporting, and support for special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven interest in Democratic campaigns or progressive political movements.

• Familiarity with online research tools or political data resources.

• Excellent online research skills and analytical capabilities.

• Understanding of progressive political environments and campaign frameworks.

• Strong attention to detail and effective organizational practices.

• Competence in problem-solving, logistics, best practices, and data-driven decision-making.

• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfort in working both independently and collaboratively within teams.

• Preferred: Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce or the NGP VAN / EveryAction suite.

• Preferred: Familiarity with FEC filings and state-level campaign finance databases.

• Must not require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization.

• This position is part of a bargaining union represented by CWA Local 1101, 1400, 2336, or 13000.
