E-Commerce Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the online shop, ensuring that products, text, images, and pricing are current.

• Prepare and implement new product launches, sales promotions, and marketing campaigns.

• Develop and modify shop pages, product bundles, and promotional offerings.

• Verify content, links, and layout for both mobile and desktop platforms.

• Generate and edit blog articles, guides, and product descriptions.

• Assist in initiatives focused on re-engaging current customers and enhancing customer loyalty.

• Monitor deadlines and assess effectiveness in collaboration with the team.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and external partners.

• Hands-on experience in e-commerce.

• Familiarity with an e-commerce platform.

• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks independently and reliably.

• Excellent writing capabilities and a keen eye for design.

• Quick adaptability to digital tools and a meticulous work approach.

• Effective communication skills and a readiness to coordinate with colleagues and external partners.

• Passion for beauty, online retail, and understanding customer needs.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• Residing in Germany.
