E-Commerce and Wholesale Operations Specialist – AI-Forward

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Consolidate product data, images, inventory, and pricing from vendor files and the ERP into a single accurate system, managing variants, UPCs, size breakdowns, and pricing in spreadsheets.

• Source reliable product images and MSRPs from trusted suppliers, and utilize AI tools to edit and enhance images.

• Ensure inventory is synchronized as it moves from the ERP through Shopify to each sales channel.

• Create and uphold Shopify and marketplace listings, ensuring they remain current, accurate, and consistent across all active platforms.

• Develop and update wholesale offer sheets with images, pricing, quantities, and size breakdowns customized for specific clients.

• Extract cost pricing from the ERP and compute pricing within target and minimum margin specifications.

• Assist with daily sales administration, including pipeline updates, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination.

• Monitor sales representative activity across the ERP, sales order management platform, and email, maintaining an accurate CRM or activity dashboard.

• Execute and enhance the AI workflow that transforms daily recaps into a morning sales meeting template.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of CRM infrastructure and reporting dashboards for e-commerce and wholesale.

• Recognize and automate repetitive workflows to minimize manual labor and errors.

• Highly capable and dependable, with a proven history of accountability and precision in pricing, data, and product information.

• Naturally proactive, identifying tasks that need attention without waiting for instructions.

• Strong systems thinker adept at developing and refining operational processes.

• Proficient in using AI tools, including creating internal AI workflows and automations, working with APIs, and employing AI for image editing and data tasks.

• Quick and precise in Google Sheets or Excel with advanced spreadsheet capabilities.

• Fluent in written and spoken English for daily interactions with a US-based team, primarily through WhatsApp and video calls.

• Comfortable fostering rapport with an in-office team through daily calls and regular check-ins in a remote environment.

• Residing in Latin America.

• Experience with Shopify, an ERP system, or marketplace platforms (preferred).

• Familiarity with building dashboards or lightweight CRMs (preferred).

• Previous experience supporting a sales team with administrative and data management tasks (preferred).

• Interest in fashion, streetwear, or sneakers (preferred).

• Updated resume required.

• A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself, detailing your experience with operations and AI tools, and reviewing one workflow or automation you have developed or enhanced.
