Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Oversee the architecture and design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.

• Establish end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Provide technical guidance throughout project execution, ensuring high-quality implementations.

• Work in partnership with functional consultants, developers, and external vendors.

• Design integrations with external systems utilizing Azure services, APIs, and Microsoft technologies.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to Microsoft's best practices, governance, security, and performance standards.

• Assist in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops as needed.

• Mentor consultants and developers, fostering technical excellence within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

• Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect managing multiple enterprise D365 CE implementations.

• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales.

• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights is advantageous.

• Proficient knowledge of Power Apps.

• Proficient knowledge of Power Automate.

• Proficient knowledge of Dataverse.

• Experience in designing complex integrations using Azure Integration Services, REST APIs, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud architecture and the Power Platform ecosystem.

• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications.

• Familiarity with Azure cloud services.

• Experience in international project work.

• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle management.

• Proficiency in professional English is essential.

• Proficiency in German is highly desirable.
