Dynamics 365 Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Facilitate business analysis sessions, collect requirements, and translate business processes into functional specifications for Dynamics 365.

• Configure and provide support for D365 modules in Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations/Business Central.

• Perform gap analysis.

• Draft Functional Design Documents (FDD).

• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Offer functional guidance, training for end-users, and support following implementation.

• Work collaboratively with technical teams and Power BI developers to establish reporting requirements.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure D365 solutions meet business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O or Business Central).

• Comprehensive knowledge of financial processes, supply chain management, or core operations.

• Practical experience in requirement gathering, module configuration, and testing.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, or MB-800) are highly advantageous.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Must reside in Canada.

• Must possess legal authorization to work as a contractor in Canada.

• Availability to work 20 hours per week during standard Canadian business hours for a duration of 6 months.

• Proficient in independently writing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions for D365 implementations.
