Dutch-Speaking Customer Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners through phone, chat, and email.

• Address after-sales inquiries related to order status, product information, invoicing, and complaints.

• Utilize both internal and external resources to provide quick and accurate solutions.

• Manage escalated cases and transform them into satisfied customer experiences.

• Progress towards roles such as mentor, trainer, or Quality Assurance specialist.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch at C1 level.

• English proficiency at B2 level (required for training purposes).

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.

• Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing position is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with rotating shifts from 07:00 to 23:00, including occasional weekends.

• Must be located in Greece and work remotely.
