Dutch Speaking Automotive Technical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance across a variety of systems, with an emphasis on diagnostics and identifying root causes.

• Address technical questions from Customer Dealers and internal teams.

• Assist dealers in navigating repair procedures and ensure precise case documentation.

• Work in conjunction with dealer technicians and internal representatives to tackle intricate technical challenges.

• Record cases and technical information in internal databases.

• Organize visits from Field Engineers.

• Participate in training sessions and share product knowledge.

• Team up with engineers, project managers, and dealership personnel to exchange insights and trends.

• Occasionally perform vehicle testing and make servicing arrangements.

• Elevate cases when necessary, ensuring all pertinent information is included and accurately documented.

• Enhance customer satisfaction by providing top-notch diagnostic and repair support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a senior role within a dealership workshop.

• A degree in automotive technology or an equivalent technical qualification.

• Comprehensive understanding of vehicle mechanics and electric vehicles.

• Holding HV certification, such as HV EV Specialist, DGUV L2+, or IMI Level 4, is highly beneficial.

• Proficient in utilizing diagnostic tools.

• Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and English.

• Possess an analytical, organized, and customer-centric approach.

• Completion of a general automotive diagnostics competency test/evaluation is required as part of the hiring process.
