Dutch Fashion Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email

• Address issues and foster positive experiences for customers

• Adhere to the brand's standards and quality protocols

• Record and update customer interactions in appropriate systems

• Collaborate closely with the team to enhance service quality

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch

• Competent in English

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities

• A problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach

• Comfortable navigating computer systems and multitasking across various tools

• Possess patience, empathy, and a positive demeanor

• Willingness to work in shifts

• High school diploma or its equivalent

• Clear criminal background

• B2+ proficiency in English

• Willingness to relocate to Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Setúbal, or Covilhã)

• Must be a resident of a country within the European Union

• CV should be submitted in English
