Dutch Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support for bol.com, an e-commerce platform catering to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.

• Operate fully remotely from any location in Portugal.

• Engage in a 40-hour work week with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

• Participate in comprehensive paid training.

• Assist customers in a role focused on customer interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch at a fluent or native level.

• Comfortable with a role that involves direct customer interaction.

• Available for full-time employment and flexible with rotating shifts.

• Hold EU citizenship or possess valid residence/work authorization in Portugal.

• Submit an updated CV in English.
