Dutch Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer assistance for bol.com, an e-commerce platform operating in the Netherlands and Belgium.

• Enjoy the flexibility of working fully remotely from any location in Portugal.

• Participate in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

• Engage in comprehensive paid training.

• Provide support to customers in a direct customer-facing capacity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch at a fluent or native level.

• Comfortable in roles that involve direct customer interaction.

• Available for full-time employment and willing to work on rotating shifts.

• Possess EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization in Portugal.

• Have an updated CV in English.

• Prepared to work from Monday to Sunday on a rotating shift schedule.

• Capable of committing to a 40 hours/week work schedule.
