Dutch Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support for bol.com, an e-commerce platform operating in the Netherlands and Belgium.

• Enjoy the flexibility of working fully remotely from any location in Portugal.

• Fulfill a 40-hour work week, with shifts rotating from Monday to Sunday.

• Participate in fully compensated training sessions.

• Assist customers in a role that involves direct interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch at a fluent or native level.

• Comfortable in a role that involves direct customer interaction.

• Available for full-time employment and adaptable to rotating shifts.

• Must possess EU citizenship or a valid residency/work permit in Portugal.

• An updated CV in English is required.
