Dutch Content Evaluation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality prompts in Dutch as spoken in the Netherlands.

• Generate natural content that is culturally relevant to the Netherlands Dutch context.

• Develop realistic scenarios that address sensitive subject matters.

• Review prompts and conversations using established evaluation guidelines.

• Consistently categorize content according to predetermined criteria.

• Evaluate sensitive and potentially dual-use information.

• Identify adversarial language and patterns of escalation.

• Recognize efforts to bypass established safeguards.

• Assess whether Netherlands Dutch content appears natural and contextually suitable.

• Utilize cultural knowledge to interpret wording, tone, and implied meanings.

• Provide concise documentation to support evaluation decisions.

• Clearly communicate nuanced decisions in written English when necessary.

• Uphold consistent standards across diverse Dutch-language content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch as used in the Netherlands.

• Business-level proficiency in written English.

• Currently residing in the Netherlands.

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.

• Strong analytical reasoning and written judgment skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Good judgment in handling sensitive or dual-use information.

• Comfortable applying structured guidelines to ambiguous content.

• Experience in reviewing, grading, or evaluating written or technical content is a plus.

• A background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, red teaming, or adversarial testing is advantageous.

• Work must be performed without using confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, institution, or other third party.

• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this position.
