Drug Testing Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +20 more states.

📋 Description

• Initiate and oversee outbound communications to collection sites and laboratories to gather additional information or documentation.

• Collect information for the prompt processing and reporting of drug testing results.

• Input, review, and verify data across various systems.

• Accurately process test results while adhering to client deadlines and turnaround-time expectations.

• Examine and process both negative and non-negative drug test results in accordance with established protocols.

• Ensure adherence to regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.

• Identify and escalate any concerns, discrepancies, or processing challenges.

• Communicate with clients, collection sites, laboratories, and internal teams via phone, email, and chat.

• Develop and maintain an understanding of 49 CFR Part 40 regulations and pertinent industry standards.

• Manage incoming calls and provide professional assistance.

• Safeguard company, client, and donor information.

• Handle information in accordance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

• Experience with remote work is advantageous.

• Experience in a professional, office, or corporate customer service setting is a plus.

• Ability and readiness to follow established procedures.

• Competence in managing sensitive information with care and discretion.

• Strong computer proficiency.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe.

• Capability to learn and efficiently navigate various internal systems.

• Patient and resilient, able to maintain composure when assisting frustrated or upset customers.

• Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Confident in clear and professional verbal and written communication.

• Able to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

• No weekend or holiday work required.
