Drug Testing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage pending drug testing orders to ensure timely completion and accurate results.

• Address internal and external inquiries regarding orders, outcomes, requirements, and procedures.

• Detect and resolve issues that may hinder testing or reporting processes.

• Track testing progress while maintaining detailed notes and documentation.

• Facilitate the administrative closure of expired, canceled, or incomplete requests.

• Provide assistance with random drug testing programs.

• Review orders for accuracy and completeness, escalating any issues as necessary.

• Identify recurring operational challenges and propose efficiency enhancements.

• Collaborate with laboratories, collection sites, clinics, and other testing partners.

• Investigate suitable testing facilities based on client needs, applicant location, test type, and availability.

• Maintain contact with providers to resolve any outstanding orders.

• Aid in assessing provider capabilities, coverage, availability, and service-related concerns.

• Support both internal teams and external clients regarding drug testing services and processes.

• Communicate testing status, outstanding requirements, delays, and resolutions to clients.

• Assist the Client Experience team in resolving service issues and enhancing client satisfaction.

• Work collaboratively with Client Experience, Product Management, and other internal teams.

• Act as a resource for drug testing processes, requirements, provider capabilities, and common issues.

• Elevate complex or urgent concerns and contribute to solution development.

• Maintain client and order information in CRM and other systems.

• Document client interactions, testing activities, issues, resolutions, and follow-up requirements.

• Prepare basic reports and data analyses.

• Identify trends, gaps, and recurring issues, and communicate findings accordingly.

• Keep organized records in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Contribute to team knowledge and participate in company and industry-specific training.

• Stay updated on changes impacting drug testing services and processes.

• Contribute to improvements in processes, client experience, team performance, and service quality.

• Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, answering phones, and filing.

• Undertake other duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma.

• Two years of relevant experience.

• Exceptional customer service skills when interacting with internal team members, clients, and vendors.

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfort with repetitive tasks and a keen attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Ability to quickly absorb procedures.

• Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Kansas, Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee, or Virginia.
