Drug Discovery Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic challenges in drug research and development for the evaluation of frontier AI models.

• Construct prompts, data rooms, and evaluation documents for each assignment.

• Discover the underlying factors and constraints that lead to a singular conclusion.

• Compile data rooms utilizing authentic, source-verified evidence.

• Ensure every critical value is traceable to a legitimate source.

• Draft evaluation documents that assess submitted memos based on content rather than style or methodology.

• Conduct verification and calibration prior to submission.

• Modify work in response to reviewer requests for adjustments.

• Act as the ultimate authority on scientific and difficulty-related queries for assigned projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven expertise in mechanistic enzymology, structure-guided peptide or antibody design, fragment-based discovery, or structure-based medicinal chemistry.

• PhD or equivalent professional experience in the industry.

• Capability to formulate research questions with defensible answers that are not easily bypassed.

• Skill in assessing the quality of reasoning, not merely the final responses.

• Dedication of a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential to extend to 40 hours.

• Proficient in working within a browser-based studio and using Claude Code.

• Claude Max subscription is mandatory.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
