Drug Discovery Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create realistic scenarios for drug research and development to evaluate advanced AI models.

• Uncover underlying basins and causal chains that lead to inevitable conclusions.

• Compile a data room based on authentic sources and real data.

• Ensure that every critical value is traceable to a legitimate source.

• Draft evaluation documents that assess submitted memos based on substance rather than style or methodology.

• Conduct verification and calibration prior to submission.

• Modify tasks as necessary in response to reviewer feedback.

• Act as the final authority on scientific and difficulty-related queries for assigned tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient knowledge in mechanistic enzymology, structure-guided peptide or antibody design, fragment-based discovery, or structure-based medicinal chemistry.

• A PhD or equivalent professional experience in the industry.

• Capability to rigorously defend conclusions drawn from research problems.

• Ability to evaluate the quality of reasoning, not just final conclusions.

• Commitment of at least 20 hours per week, with a potential of up to 40 hours.

• Comfortable operating within a browser-based studio and utilizing Claude Code.

• A Claude Max subscription is required.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates will not be supported.
