Drug Discovery Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic drug research and development challenges for evaluating cutting-edge AI models.

• Generate prompts, data repositories, and grading documentation for each assigned task.

• Pinpoint the underlying basin and forcing chain that leads to a well-supported conclusion.

• Construct data repositories using authentic, source-verified data.

• Ensure that every critical value is traceable to a legitimate source.

• Create grading documents that assess submitted memos based on content rather than format or methodology.

• Conduct verification and calibration prior to submission.

• Modify tasks upon request from reviewers.

• Act as the final authority on scientific and difficulty-related inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in mechanistic enzymology, structure-guided peptide or antibody design, fragment-based discovery, or structure-based medicinal chemistry.

• PhD or equivalent professional experience in the industry.

• Capability to formulate research challenges whose solutions can be rigorously defended and are not easily bypassed.

• Ability to evaluate the quality of reasoning, rather than merely the final outcomes.

• Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week, with a maximum of 40 hours.

• Proficient in using a browser-based studio and Claude Code.

• Must possess a Claude Max subscription.

• Must be eligible to work without H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
