Drug and Alcohol Compliance Coordinator – Pre and Post Employment Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Ensure adherence to relevant Federal (FMCSA, DOT) and State regulations, as well as Company policies.

• Act as a subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program, along with pre- and post-employment procedures.

• Offer guidance and interpretation of policies.

• Execute complex transactions.

• Identify, assess, and resolve critical issues with the utmost accuracy, accountability, and reliability.

• Oversee and track various program transactions utilizing multiple applications.

• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience ensuring compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations is essential.

• Strong attention to detail is required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Efficiency in responding to written communications via a computer system.

• Technological proficiency and familiarity with web browsers, as well as basic office software like Outlook and Word.

• Capability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing circumstances and work assignments.

• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

• Functional expertise in the relevant field.

• Exceptional collaboration and team-building abilities.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.

• A minimum of two (2) years in a functional service area is required.

• At least two (2) years of relevant work experience is required.

• An Associate's degree is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Travel is not required.
