This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide general claims information to customer service representatives.
• Monitor trends and analyze feedback from both internal and external clients.
• Assist in the formulation of corrective and preventative measures.
• Engage in cross-functional team collaborations.
• Help in the collection and dissemination of customer and product surveys for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee the workflow and task distribution for the team.
• Convey claims processes to claimants and clients via phone and written communication.
• Educate claimants regarding necessary documentation, timelines, payment details, and claim updates.
• Foster a culture of quality service within the customer service team.
• Serve as a liaison for customers and aid in the resolution of application processes and service-related issues.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Input verbal and written application details that comply with customer requirements.
• Route customer calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Contribute to client-centered performance goals and service benchmarks.
• Support the organization's quality assurance initiatives.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
• An Associate degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a call center or customer service role, or a combination of education and experience that meets this requirement.
• Proficient customer service abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation proficiency.
• Proficient in PC usage, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to meet or surpass performance expectations.
• Skillful in managing work-related stress and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
