Donation Processor / Pledge Drive Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls from donors

• Adhere to established scripts and campaign protocols

• Precisely record donation and pledge details

• Verify donor information and transaction specifics

• Efficiently manage computer systems while engaging with callers

• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality

• Comply with standards for quality and regulation

• Achieve set attendance and performance targets

• Deliver professional support to donors for recognized nonprofit fundraising initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED

• A minimum of six months of remote customer service experience or one year of in-person customer service experience

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities

• Proficient data entry skills and basic computer knowledge

• Capability to navigate various systems during calls

• Consistent professionalism and reliable work habits

• A quiet and dedicated workspace at home

• Windows 11 computer

• Minimum of 8GB RAM; 16GB is preferred

• USB headset with noise-canceling features

• Wired high-speed internet connection

• Direct Ethernet connection required

• Quiet and distraction-free working environment

• Dual monitors are recommended for optimal performance

• Devices such as MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not acceptable

• Required certification must be completed prior to servicing

• Eligibility may vary based on experience, location, equipment, background criteria, and certification outcomes
