Donation Processor / Pledge Drive Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls from donors.

• Adhere to structured scripts and follow campaign protocols.

• Enter donation and pledge data with precision.

• Verify donor information and transaction specifics.

• Utilize computer systems effectively while conversing with callers.

• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

• Comply with quality and regulatory standards.

• Fulfill attendance and performance benchmarks.

• Assist in established nonprofit fundraising initiatives.

• Accurately process donations and pledges from donors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• Minimum of six months of remote customer service experience or one year of on-site customer service experience.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Proficient data entry skills and basic computer knowledge.

• Capability to navigate multiple systems while on calls.

• Professional demeanor and reliable work ethics.

• A dedicated and quiet home office environment.

• A Windows 11 computer is necessary.

• At least 8GB of RAM is required; 16GB is preferred.

• A USB headset featuring noise cancellation is mandatory.

• Wired high-speed internet connection is essential.

• A direct Ethernet connection is required.

• A quiet and distraction-free workspace is necessary.

• Required certification must be completed prior to servicing.

• Eligibility may vary based on experience, location, equipment, background criteria, and certification outcomes.
