Domain Consultant – IAM/IGA Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Specialists throughout the sales process.

• Provide product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs.

• Assist in conducting technical workshops, evaluations, and proof-of-concept engagements.

• Aid customers in understanding authentication, access management, and identity governance.

• Investigate integrations with directories, SaaS applications, and enterprise infrastructure.

• Resolve technical inquiries during evaluations and demonstrations.

• Convey technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.

• Work with teammates to share knowledge and enhance demonstrations.

• Support Identity Security initiatives across Canada with a focus on IAM and IGA.

• Assist customers in designing effective identity architectures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance (IGA), or related security technologies.

• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, federation, directory services, and identity lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping, or Microsoft Entra ID.

• Understanding of enterprise directories, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure.

• Proficient in troubleshooting APIs, authentication flows, or directory-service integrations.

• Comfortable using REST APIs and tools like Postman or similar.

• Familiar with command-line tools and basic scripting.

• Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, or OCI.

• Ability to clarify technical topics for both technical and business stakeholders.

• Comfortable presenting and leading discussions with engineers and IT professionals.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, CISSP, or equivalent experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
