Domain Consultant – Enterprise Browser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Build strong, trusted relationships with prospects and clients alongside Sales Specialists and local partners.

• Identify and document customer challenges that can be addressed through integrated solutions.

• Design and propose validated solutions tailored to individual customer environments.

• Conduct presentations, demonstrations, Proofs of Concept, and respond to RFPs/RFIs.

• Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, support, and product adoption.

• Maintain technical leadership by continuously learning about data center, SDN, public cloud, security, networking, and related technologies.

• Understand and articulate the distinctions of Palo Alto Networks solutions compared to leading competitors.

• Act as an advocate for customers needing technical support and follow through until issues are resolved.

• Offer training and technical assistance to sales teams.

• Provide feedback to product management regarding feature requests and product enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in pre-sales or sales engineering focusing on Zero Trust, Networking, Network Security, SaaS Security, or SSE/SASE.

• Proficient in L2-L4 Networking.

• Familiarity with L2 switching architectures, including Spanning Tree and VLANs/trunking.

• Knowledge of IP routing, including static routes, OSPF, and BGP, along with route redistribution.

• Experience in L4 load-balancing.

• Exceptional customer communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven experience working with clients, showcasing problem-solving capabilities, and maintaining a positive attitude.

• Strong understanding of NGFW, Network Security, SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, Proxy, DLP, and BYOD solutions.

• Advanced knowledge of both on-premise and cloud-based network security technologies.

• Willingness to travel, potentially up to 50%, for in-person customer meetings.
