Document Review Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Support E-Discovery and Document Review in mass tort and class action litigation.

• Conduct comprehensive document reviews using tools such as Relativity and DISCO.

• Evaluate and classify documents based on responsiveness, relevance, confidentiality, issues, and privilege.

• Aid in the creation of privilege and redaction logs, as well as address challenges to privilege.

• Engage in special projects and fulfill other assigned responsibilities.

• Occasionally provide assistance with deposition preparation, trial support, and drafting motions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• Current member in good standing of the South Dakota State Bar Association.

• At least 1+ years of experience in personal injury law.

• Previous experience in E-Discovery / Document Review is preferred.

• Must reside anywhere within South Dakota.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
