Document Review Analyst – US Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Process, categorize, review, and validate healthcare-related documentation in accordance with quality standards and procedural requirements.

• Examine HCFA Bills, Non-HCFA Bills, UB-04 Bills, medical records, and liens.

• Utilize the AI application to tag, validate, and manage healthcare documents.

• Identify and extract pertinent information from healthcare documentation.

• Prepare, assemble, and arrange documents for data capture and validation.

• Log and confirm the receipt of data.

• Convert information from scanned images, PDFs, and Microsoft files into standardized formats.

• Conduct high-volume data entry and compare data with source documents.

• Review and rectify errors, missing pages, and incomplete information.

• Maintain filing systems and protect confidential customer data.

• Conduct regular backups.

• Retrieve data and produce reports and summaries.

• Achieve daily and monthly productivity and quality goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in the healthcare sector.

• Familiarity with healthcare documentation and medical records.

• Experience in reviewing or processing HCFA Bills, Non-HCFA Bills, UB-04 Bills, medical records, or similar documentation.

• Excellent typing speed with a strong emphasis on data accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in document review.

• Proficient with software applications and capable of adapting to AI-driven platforms.

• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.

• High precision when validating information against source documents.

• Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality regulations.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 12+3 years of formal education.

• Must reside in India and possess work authorization for India.

• Willingness to work evening or night shifts.
