This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.
• Deliver word processing and/or document production services to clients.
• Employ logs and/or tracking software for managing document production tasks.
• Evaluate job requests to ensure proper execution throughout the task lifecycle.
• Execute document production, proofreading, intake, and workflow coordination functions as necessary.
• Edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe, or complete document production requests following established procedures, standards, and formats.
• Operate required equipment, technology, software, and hardware effectively.
• Communicate with team members, supervisors, or clients regarding job or deadline issues.
• Adhere to contracted deadlines for client service delivery.
• Resolve basic software or hardware issues as they arise.
• Promote continuous service improvement and cultivate client relationships.
• Conduct quality assurance on work as requested.
• Comply with Williams Lea Tag and client policies.
• Utilize equipment and supplies in a cost-effective manner.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least one (1) year of experience in document production, ideally in a legal, banking, or large corporate setting.
• Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong keyboarding and typing abilities.
• Familiarity with additional software programs for editing and/or document creation.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects promptly.
• Capacity to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information responsibly.
• Good judgment skills to make decisions aligned with business needs and policies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, including knowing when to escalate issues to a supervisory level.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under tight deadlines.
