Doctors, Medical Experts – AI Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become a part of an expanding network of medical professionals continuously paired with innovative AI healthcare initiatives.

• Evaluate and curate clinical documentation, including notes, audio, videos, and various formats in line with established guidelines.

• Conduct human-in-the-loop assessments to evaluate model precision, safety, clinical relevance, and reasoning.

• Develop, test, and refine prompts and prompt-engineering strategies.

• Produce high-quality instructions and responses while examining edge-case datasets for fine-tuning support.

• Identify critical and failure points, suggest mitigation strategies, and document your findings.

• Create and enhance scoring rubrics to ensure quality assurance.

• Collaborate with researchers to advance annotation standards, acceptance criteria, and evaluation procedures.

• Engage in various tasks, including labeling clinical notes, summarizing medical records, annotating images, and reviewing AI models/LLMs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A licensed physician based in the US with an active medical license.

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, at a native or near-native level.

• A solid understanding of clinical terminology, tools, and workflows.

• Exceptional summarization and written communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to clinical accuracy.

• Ability to work independently in an asynchronous setting.

• A Registration Number (NPI Number) is required.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where you are located and not require visa sponsorship.

• Board certification status is required in the application.

• Specialty and sub-specialty information must be provided in the application.
