Division Account Specialist – Pneumatic & Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead sales initiatives, identify new opportunities, and drive business growth across diverse customer segments.

• Collaborate with Account Representatives in a designated territory to offer product-group expertise.

• Enhance revenue and profitability through the acquisition of new clients and the development of existing accounts.

• Engage directly with customers to foster relationships and ensure their satisfaction.

• Comprehend intricate customer needs and prepare tailored quotes accordingly.

• Conduct sales presentations and confirm that technical specifications are fulfilled.

• Provide assistance with on-site troubleshooting for customer issues.

• Identify, quote, engineer, and finalize product and solution sales with local clientele.

• Offer technical support as needed.

• Coordinate with vendor resources to cultivate relationships and bolster sales efforts.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Familiarity with industrial products, including power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other industrial offerings.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Solid understanding of essential sales principles and best practices.

• Capability to influence customers while fostering positive relationships.

• Initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in multitasking and effective time management.

• Competence in using Microsoft Office applications.

• Travel is required.

• May need to be on-call during nights or weekends based on requirements.

• A valid driver's license is essential.

• Must comply with continuous video monitoring standards for company vehicles.
