This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Act as a high-level product support representative for dealers in the designated territory.

• Develop strong relationships with the dealer network and customers.

• Educate dealers on customer delivery processes, pre-start inspections, routine machine inspections, software updates, system downloads, warranty claim procedures, and spare parts ordering and inventory management.

• Support dealer mechanics with advanced troubleshooting and repair methods after remote assistance from the technical call center has been utilized.

• Review and assess warranty claims, especially for defective major components.

• Analyze dealer capabilities in supporting Liebherr machines, including technician skills, training strategies, tools, and parts support.

• Identify dealer-specific training needs to enhance continuous service support.

• Monitor and follow up on the completion of field modifications.

• Conduct regular meetings with dealers to discuss issues and concerns.

• Provide upper management with comprehensive reports on daily activities, machine-related issues, dealer performance, and customer feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, along with five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 80% of the time.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

• Openness and ability to work remotely.

• Proficient in supporting Liebherr Construction and Material Handling Equipment.

• Skilled in performing advanced troubleshooting and providing repair assistance.

• Experienced in training dealer and customer service personnel.
